Everything Zanea Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Everything Zanea Custom Handcrafts creates personalized and custom products made especially for you. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $8.00
Express Shipping: $15.00
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after your order ships.
Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days after your order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at order@everythingzanea.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
